i follow instruction on my cmputer and not a problem, i follow on phone and cant get to share and store, i'm using a htc desire 510

i have tried, but there is no problem doing it on computer, only when trying on my phone. i need to do this as i have to send the phone back to be checked, i cannot connect phone to computer because i have a problem with my usb ports not reconising it.

If it is saved on your computer you can restore them back to phone when it comes back from repair ...

If there is anything you need to save surely you could back everything up via Google ?

Can you not download the app? or is the app displaying an error when loading?
