Help!

My O2 app updated and I happened to look at the bills and noticed I was being charged weekly for something I haven't signed up for.   It's charging me £4.50 per week for something called Digital Virgo.  I know I wouldn't sign up for something that charges like this.  I did a google search and it came back with some sort of "scam" obviously I need this sorting out asap.   Any pointers? any help? from anyone?

Kevin

I contacted 02 and they put a block on the Digital Virgo charges, so they can't charge me again.  they even gave me a number to use to contact Digital Virgo to ask for a refund, not sure how successful that will be but I'll give it a go anyway.   I would love to know what app or website they are linked too so I could block it myself.   Just glad I caught it in time before the charges really mounted up.

Not sure how successful that will be as it hasn't worked for others in the past.

You need to chase Digital Virgo yourself for the refund which these companies usually issue as a digital postal order that you redeem at your post office.
