Hi ive just got the samsung s5 an ive not got 3g working on it. Anyone any ideas how i set it up please?

Make sure you have data enabled on phone and can I also check if this is a new account or an upgrade and if so from what phone?

Then ring 02 on 202 and ask to be taken off idata settings

Once the data bolt on is changed, text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and reboot the phone.
