Phone customer services on 202 contract or 4445 payg.

Ask to go on idata settings.

I read the question as how the OP would move her data from an Android phone to an iPhone, not anything to do with data settings, tbh.

Here's an article from Apple that might help: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6407

That's a fair take on how the post reads also @Anonymous

I would use gmail for transfer of contacts and DropBox for pictures and videos etc.

Basically, either one of those methods will either:
A. Move your data plan to idata, or
B. Move your files.
Hope they helped you.

@Anonymous what is it exactly you want to do please?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
