You can go into your apn screen and press Menu >reset networks and the phone will install the defaults from your sim card or else manually enter them from here http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/chapter/595-04-how-to-set-apn-settings-for-the-02-mobile-network...

You could also text ACTIVE to 2020.

Save the settings and reboot your phone.
