power button unresponsive

Hi,

currently using a Samsung a10 and am finding the power button unresponsive

I am unable to turn phone on or off and cannot lock or wake the screen

The only way i have been able to wake the screen is by connecting to the charger

I have tried restarts/reboots but have been unsuccessful

Everything else on the phone is functioning

Any ideas about how to fix this would be most welcome

Try a complete factory reset (after backing up).
If that doesn't work then you can try o2 repair (not recommended) or contact Samsung directly:
