hi have forgot my pin number to get into my phone can i access the phone via computer without it or is there any way i can change the pin

I thought that after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts in a short period of time it should ask for your Google password and then allow you to reset?

Have you registered the phone in device manager?

Have a look at this video. It may help to watch someone else remove pin lock

Just type in the wrong pin 10 times and it will ask you to reset via your google account - It's the only way.

Yep, as long as you can remember your google details.....?
Otherwise it's a factory reset 😞
