@Poppysmum Hi, could be many reasons for overheating, what were you doing at the time?

The first time i wasnt doing anything it was in my work trouser side pocket.

Phone whistled my message tune.

I looked and it said phone was overheating with a long explamation.

It stayed like this for over 2 hours kept telling me it was overheating wether it was in my pocket or not,

Son was texting me on and off in work so i couldnt turn phone off it was important .

Trust it to have done it Friday any other day i would have turned phone off

The reason for overheating is the processor running flat out.

This can be caused by an app stuck during downloading, a connection issue to an account trying to sync or a very large download / upload etc.....

Best thing to do in this situation is to close all running apps and then reboot the phone.

Sort of ok here been struggling with pain in hands and muscle stiffness.

Phoned doc she said sounded like B12 deficiency and i needed a blood test.

Also said when go for blood test she would get me tested for all other stuff diabeties , thyroid etc etc.

Went for blood test even mentioned B12 deficiency to nurse who took blood.

Phoned for results everything ok .
