note 4 camera/flashlight whirring noise

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

Anyone with a note 4 noticed any whirring/humming sounds when using flashlight or the camera?

i've searched elsewhere online and people are saying its poor lighting needing the camera to focus: how would that make the flashlight hum?! :S

also, if it is a send back for repair; whats the o2 Procedure? as im new to o2, previously on EE it was simply call 150, new phone sent out the same/next day by courier and they "swap" phones for you for a new/reconditioned one (with no charge with "Premium" insurance)

The store will loan you a phone for a returnable £25 deposit but it will be a basic phone.

Not altogether sure I would trust my own Note 4 with O2 repairers, it would be off to Samsung direct.

don't know if this means you don't understand what I meant! 😕

if I want to claim via Samsung Warranty: will o2 do it on my behalf, or can I contact Samsung directly.

There's your answer then...You have a 2 year warranty...get in back to Samsung and forget the insurance. (Samsung tend to turn round their repairs pretty quickly as well)

Edit. Contact Samsung yourself...then you keep track of what is happening

Contact Samsung yourself. O2 have their own repairers (Anovo), do a search for their name on the community.

Dont bother with Live Chat. Contact Samsung direct with the link I gave you above...

Edited to add...if this is Samsung Live Chat you are talking about...just carry on holding
