not registered on network

Had my new S3 now for 5 days..still not registered on network and still not sim registered..had my phone turned of for 1 hr and 24hrs as requested but still no joy. This is utter frustration! The most annoying part is that )2 representatives seem embellished to provide me with the same information and nobody seems compelled to act differently. The worse was when one rep decided that if I thought it was the phone and it was proved that it wasnt that she was going to charge me for a new phone and this originally was all part of a free upgrade! Hillarious! Is there anybody out there with  periferal vision?

Go to o2.co.uk/swapmysim and register your new sim card there. If it isn't working in around 4 hours I'd give them a call and ask what is going on.
