Hi

I was due to Migrate in March this year automatically

as this wasnt done, i have been on an awful deal ever since .

my normal deals a unlimited text and calls for my business acct .

 

This has alo resulted in payinf for 2 accts since March this year .

I went into your store at the Metro Centre was thee for 2 hrs after a long converstion with the staff in

store , and the head office over the phone .

This was there findings .

 

They asked me to send an e mail to your support team wich i did lase Wednesday (still no response )

Now i am trying to link to the live support team .

 

I an loosing my patience now .

please sort this out and refund all the payments since March .

Not sure why anyone from CS would ask you to email O2 @Anonymous as there is no official email address to do this. If you contact O2 on the number given above hopefully they will be able to sort this. Maybe best to call as opposed to using live chat?
