mobile data not working

Hi
I have just purchased a Huawei P20 Pro
The calls and messaged and wifi is working, however the mobile data doesnt seem to be working at all.
I have tried switching on and off but still nothing
Can anyone help?

o2 data appears to down all over the place. I haven't had any data since yesterday afternoon across London

@iphonealice Data fine in Somerset but at work for a few weeks localised issues around Westminster bridge area but other areas were fine in city and surrounding the bank areas last week check for known issues in the my network app or on the status checker on the website

Yeah, I have done - issue around London Bridge where I work and lots of reports on Twitter to o2 about issues around London of data not working but calls/messages fine.

Have you tried by dropped your 4G down to 3G? It usually helps in terms of congestion...
