Making this a new post as replying to old one was a mistake.

Could I ask I want to go back to using my old phone and need a micro sim card, the one I currently was sent is a nano one, I want to keep the same number and know that I can move this over once the sim card is received.

WIll I be able to request one and do I have to phone to do this or can I send an email or chat?

many thanks

@joules You can buy an adapter, or call into an O2 store if you have one nearby, and they can probably do a sim swap to a micro sim for you while you wait. Make sure you bring identification with you.

@joules Just type "nano sim to micro sim adapter" in the search box. They're very inexpensive.

@joules

If you still have the rest of the sim card that you removed your nano sim from, the adaptor is already there.

Just push out the micro sim shape and press your nano sim into the middle of it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
