And i didnt get insurance and im a contract till 2023, is there any thing i can do?

Check your household insurance to see if you are covered, or im afraid pay for a repair.. If not you will need to buy a new / secondhand phone, but you are still liable to pay or the phone you have on contract and the airtime..
