i did a top up £20 on sunday and my balance was £20.10 but now somehow my balance is £0

@Oksana4 Hi, the £20 has probably gone to pay for your monthly PAYG allowance. Check what tariff you are on by registering on MY02, you can then change tariff and top up from there.
