iPhone 6 losing signal

Anonymous

This happens to me usually when my phone hasn't been used for a few hours. Normally happens over night but noticed it happened today when I haven't used my phone for a few hours. I have to do a reboot to get it to pick the signal back up.

Take out your sim and clean it.

Check your masts http://status.o2.co.uk

You may new to have your sim swapped out an an O2 store.

Put your sim in another phone as a process of elimination.

If it's ok then have your phone checked out at an Apple Store genius bar via appointment

Do you have 4G enabled?
Try it without if so.
If not, you may need a new sim card.
A previous issue such as this was resolved with a new sim card. Any O2 shop can help you with this.

Follow @MI5 advice but if the above doesn't work then book an appointment at your nearest Apple Store, also have you checked the coverage checker to see if there are any masts faulty in your area
