Since Virgin Mobile went to O2 my mobile cant access the server for emails

The change shouldn't have any effect on your email settings but some Virgin email accounts are still not working correctly since their main server crashed last week. 

It's more likely to be an issue with Virgin.

You have been on o2 for a while..


Is this Virgins own mail servers or your own? 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
