I have the new samsung 2014 note tablet (wifi model only) and I thought I would give tu go a go (no pun intended) anyway so far it can recieve and send texts and I can listen to voice mail, but when I go to make a call using tugo I press a contact and it looks like it's about to dial, but does nothing instead. Since I am getting texts and voicemail I have to assume I've set it up correctly, or do I need to do something else for calls? I'm on a 02 monthly plan and have alot of internet as an extra bolt on.

ok, I worked it all out, I didn't realise you had to be on aeroplane mode for the calls to work even if your tablet is WIFI only. I switched to aeroplane and turned wifi back on and everything using TUGO started to work. HOORAY!

I'm on virgin's 60mb service, that should be fast enough. do I need to disable/enable something, or maybe change the way my number is entered in the account?

Sometimes (mostly) you won't hear a call tone until the other person answers.....

when I click on a contact, the screen changes showing the contact with a counter that doesn't move from 0.00 then after a about 20 seconds it just states "call failed, please try again"

Persistence paid off, well done and it's a good point to watch out for.
