Hi, I get the message: 'You can't make outgoing calls while call barring is on'.
This was out of nowhere! Is it to do with billing? There is no option to undo call barring in settings.

You need to contact O2 CS to ask why the phone is barred. Only they can lift the bar for you ...

Live chat could possibly help but if you have a landline it's better to speak to someone. When was your bill due to be paid? If you have a direct debit check with your bank for possible issues.
