Xperia s cannot send pictures or recieve

I have already done all the settings and I have tried to send a picture but it still will not send it. I have tried to contact 02 but no response and need to send a picture asap. any help would be muchly appreciated. slight_smile

If all the settings are correct you need to speak to customer service and ask them if MMS is provisioned on your account. If it is you need to request that they remove it and then add it again. This process takes 24 hours. Make sure the adviser understands that it has to be removed. Don't use webchat for this.

 

In the meantime I can only suggest you send the photo via email or an application such as Whatsapp if it's urgent.

Tried turning wifi off and leaving only mobile data on?

 

Can you receive them ok?

You may need your account to be provisoned to use MMS.

 

You need to have internet connection on your phone to send and receive MMS Messages.

 

Check your APN settings.

Hi,

My father experienced something similar recently and I think O2 had to re provision his account or something. Like most things in life a reboot works wonders.
