- WiFi connection not strong enough
- Software update removed it
- o2 system glitch
Try turning your phone off and on again.
If that doesn't work, try manually selecting a different network, once it fails select o2 (or automatic) again and then turn phone off and on.
If those don't work, then call o2 and ask them.
