Hi why has wifi calling disappeared from the list of options on my samsung a71 it was there a month or so ago and not there now?

Could be any number of reasons:
- WiFi connection not strong enough
- Software update removed it
- o2 system glitch
Try turning your phone off and on again.
If that doesn't work, try manually selecting a different network, once it fails select o2 (or automatic) again and then turn phone off and on.
If those don't work, then call o2 and ask them.

The good old switch it off and back on again worked the wifi calling button has reappeared, thanks for your help
