Wifi calling has stopped working, IMS has changed to 'Not Registered' the service was working fine before hand, getting in touch with o2 is quite a chore to get it sorted.

Phone has the latest update One UI 3.0, Android 11

Could it possibly be due to out of date carrier settings?

@Mattyw

You need to turn off phone and remove O2 sim.

Restart the phone and when it has fully booted up, replace the O2 sim.

You should then have the wifi calling options back again. .

Thanks for the swift response Cleoriff, I did already try that. Do you mean insert the sim whilst the phone is powered on or turn it off again?

Edit: I tried that, and it worked straight away. Really appreciate the help!

You put the sim back in once the phone has fully booted up. If wifi calling isn't there then reboot again.
