I cannot find the setting to allow WiFi calling on my phone. This is an essential tool I need as I'm in a bad signal area. I can't seem to contact an O2 staff member in any other way than this, but according to Huwaei, I need O2 to activate this option. Help!

Have you tried enabling it in My O2. It's usually activated within 24 hours.

I have a horrible feeling it's not available on this phone 😞 it's not showing on the list of compatible devices that Cleoriff just sent me 😞

@BeccaH If you cannot get WiFi calling on your phone, another option is to download and install Skype. You can call other Skype users for free, and you can buy credit for calls to other numbers. The charges for calls are very low.

Hi Bambino, thanks, I have Skype and WhatsApp facetime - it's when people like the Universal credit guys and work are trying to get hold of me 🙈

I'd like to be able to contact someone who actually works for O2 and beg them to get this put on for me, as I am in isolation

@BeccaH I understand your frustration, but I'm sure you can appreciate the number of people trying to call customer service during this crisis.

As a temporary alternative, you can purchase a subscription to a Skype number to enable people to call you. Take a look here:
