Hi,

My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE, which I bought in Hong Kong) is compatible with 800/900/1800/2600MHz and it should work with the O2 4G Network, all I need it a new SIM and 4G Tariff.

Since I can't get through the online system, I decided to chat with your Online Expert, but was told the same my Note 2 LTE is not compatible with O2 4G Network!

Can someone tell me why?

Thanks

Online and Expert are two words which don't go together. Call customer service and speak to them. Online chat is usually ok for low level enquiries but even then they have been known to give out incorrect information.

From what you say your Note should be compatible. You could pop instore for further confirmation.

Jonsie's right O2 4G uses 800Mhz so your phone should be fine.
