lost contact details

My phone Samsung Galaxy 2 is broken.... Iv been unable to back it up to retrieve my phone contacts...are 02 able to provide a list of numbers I have regularly used so that I can save them in my new phone?

If your on a monthly contract go into my02.

Im not sure if you will shown the names & numbers you have called.

If you are pay monthly you can retrieve the numbers from My O2.

If P&G you could call them and ask for a list of numbers called or fill in the Subject Access Form but that could take weeks. No names would be on the numbers so you would have to guess the name which goes with the number.

Are the contacts not backed up to your google account?

Can she just ask for an itmeised bill? Do they still do those? I know it wouldn't show names, but at least she could text everybody a "Who are you?"

Restoring them from the Google account would be easier though....
