Why am I still paying the same monthly fee now that my contact has run out?

My contract ended in November 2016 and yetI'm still panning the same monthly fee of over £28. Surely now that I've paid for my handset the monthly fee should have been reduced?

As eluded to above, if on refresh the device plan stops so you save that money each month but if not on refresh you will continue to pay the full contract price unless you switch to a sim only tariff.

Where did you take the contract out?

Are you on a refresh tariff ?

Did you get the contract through CPW or an independent as they don't do Refresh plans only O2 directly
