Warranty - dead pixels

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Ive had a search for answer but am unable to find any curreent info !

Ive had a samsung note on contract with 02 since March. Ive noticed the past few weeks a line about 1cm long of dead pixels!

Ive tried various apps to try and fix but no joy

Nothing has happened to phone to explain why this has occured

As my phone is less than yr old - is there anything that can be done under warranty? As fairly frustrating when such an expensive device - I could live with a single dead pixel but the fact its a line is really irritating!

If so would this be 02 rather than samsung?

Thanks for help !

I'd suggest Samsung directly and you have a 2 year warranty.

They will usually send you a jiffy bag to return phone in.
Remember to remove your sim and SD card and do not send any cases or other accessories as they may not get returned.
