Your first mistake to have anything to do with Norton, but thats a by-the-by

What error message do you get from the VPN client when trying to access over Mobile?

It is probably Norton not liking the CGNAT that mobile networks use, so I would speak to Norton Support, and see what they have to say....

The problem is with your VPN provider or your login details to the VPN.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

To use a vpn you need a subscription.

I assume you have this and are logged in correctly?

I thought Norton VPN only works on wifi?

Has it worked previously on mobile data?

They do an app on the Play Store. Assume the same goes for iPhones

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
