Hi my phone was infected with a virus so 02 informed me they were blocking my outward text messages and to remedy this I needed to do a factory restore, I have done this but my text messages are still blocked. Does anyone know how to remedy this.

I've never heard such rubbish.

Call O2 again and get someone sensible to look into it.

If you are concerned your phone has a virus, try downloading an app called Malwarebytes from the Google Play store and run it @Daeda23
