Unwanted text

Every now and again I get a text from someone I used to know and I have told them to stop texting me and they do for a week or two then start texting me again.

I dont really want to change my mobile number if I can help it.  Is there anyway of blocking there number from texting me.

I have downloaded the software. How do I block the number from texting me if I have tane the number and the texts off my phone.

I remember the number as she only texted other day with a nasty text. How do I add the number so it gets blocked.

I've not got it installed on my Samsung as it's got a built in blocker so I can't check, sorry.

Nothing shows up just a few texts from my sister and one from 02 and I don't want to block them. Also on blocking calls it shows my contacts list but I tane this girls number of that list a few months ago and I don't always keep her text after she started getting a little nasty.

Seems like you might have to wait for another text unless anyone else has any ideas.....
On mine I open up the message block menu then press the "+" at the top of the page and I can type in a number.....

I don't have the + option on mine to add a number.

Its the free version I have downloaded to my Nexus 4.
