Multi media message

I have received a text to say i have a media message but when i go to o2 to retrieve it, it asks for a numerical pin but the pin in the message has letters in it!

I would suggest you ring O2 customer services and get your account provisioned for mms

O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract >4445 for PAYG

Also in order to receive mms messages you need your mobile data turned on in your phone.

If you text ACTIVE to 2020 they will send you the settings.
