Unlocked S7 edge bought on Vodafone no 4g on o2

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I bought a Samsung S7 edge (SM-g935f) from Vodafone and have unlocked it so I can use it on O2. Everything works fine apart from the fact that I can't get 4g anywhere. Signal is fine and 3g isn't an issue but literally don't get 4g anyway (London, Portsmouth and anywhere in between). I have friends with same phone on O2 and they can stand next to me and get 4g signal but I can only ever get 3g. Can anyone help?

It might be that 4g isn't enabled on your account or that you have been put on a blackberry bolt on instead of standard data.
Give cs a call and ask them to check both.
