Hi everyone,im having a strange annoying problem with my galaxy s4.

When im browsing the net sometimes the pop up"Unfortunately internet has stopped working.Its starting to become more frequent.

I have cleared the cache,clear the ram with no joy.

Anyone any ideas?

Check the "ALL" tab in application manager and scroll right down to the bottom, check to make sure nothing like media manager is disabled.
If that's not it, reboot to recovery (Vol up + Home + Power) and choose "clear cache" from recovery menu.

Check your service status http://status.o2.co.uk to ensure the network is ok in your area.

 

Possibly a hard reset may help but make a back up first as this can delete saved data.

Also send ACTIVE to 2020 , save the settings and reboot the phone.

 

Ensure your on the newest firmware.

Thanks il try a reboot and if that doesnt help il try a reset.
