HI! Sorry if this is a silly question but I am a green horn when it comes to upgrades. I have just orders a Galaxy S4 to replace my S2 under the O2 refresh scheme. When the new phone arrives do I set it up using the new SIM card which I understand comes with it or do I use my existing SIM card from my S2? The air time tariff on the new phone will be different from that on the old one.
Thanks.
Gerry

Thank you - did not know SIM cards could be cut to size. Unfortunately 4G is not available in this part of the world yet. I have contacted O2 on numerous occasions to ascertain when they expect to extend their 4G coverage here but each time I get stone-walled with "We cannot comment on that." O2 in general provides a great service but they let themselves down on the Customer Service front.

Thanks for the warning about trimming of SIM card. Fortunately it was not needed. Glad to say the SIM swap online was a painless and very quick process and my new S4 is up and running so I am, as they say, a "happy bunny". Must say O2 staff were most helpful and I got a better deal than I expected for the upgrade.
I am also most grateful to those in the O2 Community and other online forums (or should that be fora?). I never cease to be amazed how generous people are when it comes to giving advice, guidance and the benefit of their knowledge and experience to those of us who are still grapple with matters digital and technical.
Off now to explore my new phone. ;O))

I wish I knew this when I upgraded. Anyway I had to get a Sim swap at my local O2 store. It only took about 15 minutes or so, for it to become effective. Although I think that was because I happened during business hours.
