Is there a way I can block empoyees from dialling 0845 numbers on their work phones?

@Anonymous If your employees are aware of the charges to call those numbers, the suggestion made by @jonsie is the best education to get them to stop.

As it's a company phone I assume they are paying a BIK for it?
If so, you have legal right to charge them for personal calls.

They can block premium numbers but I wonder just how much profit they get on 0845 and 0870 numbers? Maybe one of the reasons that the onus is on the customer and their employees.
