Spotify premium charge with 02

Hi, I have been charged £9.99 for Spotify premium which I cancelled, the charge was on my O2 bill rather than on my bank account, I found out that there is a link on the txt message which sends you to the boku website from here you need to log into your account (there is a link) then you click send pin to request a pin which will be txt to you click on the the green active link and choose cancel subscription, you will receive a confirmation txt this is the free way

Or txt STOP to 78660 but this charges not sure how much though

It is free to txt that number assuming you have tet messages in your bundle but if you need to discuss this issue with O2, please see these contact details as we are not customer services so cannot see your account details.
