Having problems with the phone keep freezing, unable to reset /reboot or turn the phone off. It doesn't respond to any touch on the screen, it's been since the android 10 update and is happening more often. Checked apps installed nothing new for months. Thanks for any help.

An update is rolling out with quite a few bug fixes for this model, hopefully will sort it out.
