I'm currently waiting for a Sony Xperia 1 ii to be delivered following a pre order, I've seen that these are delayed until August on other sites has anyone received any updates or confirmed delivery ?

As @viridis has said dont believe everything on other sites.

From what i cant tell, most retailers are saying July with only Carphone Warehouse saying for delivery by the 4th August.

Although Sony direct dont give a date in July when shipping will start

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

I managed to speak to an adviser they told me theres nothing they can do as the device is out of stock, I see that if you go to purchase the device It states that delivery will take between 2-3 days hopefully this means that more stock is expected shortly, I imagine there has been supply chain issues due to the current pandemic , fingers crossed I hear something in the next few days
