My camera which used to work now whenever I try to "open" it comes up with the message "unfortunately, camera has stopped" immediately. I don't know how to fix it, any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure you are you on the latest firmware update.

First step is to soft reset the phone.

  1. Press and hold the power button for or five at the side of the volume up key.
  2. Remove your finger once you feel the vibration then press and hold the volume up button for ten seconds.
  3. Now the phone begins to shut down automatically with a three-pulse vibration try.
  4. Now turn the phone on once more normally as you are doing and also the phone has restarted.

Step two is to hard reset your phone.

Ensure you complete a back up before doing this as this operation usually deletes your saved data.
