Sim Registration - how long

I just ugraded from an old blackberry to a new Samsung Mega, same provider (o2), same number.

I installed the new micro sim 24 hours ago but still no service. Is this normal or am I supposed to register on line or what ?

You may need to visit http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ and follow the instructions there.

Ususlly turning the phone off and back on is necessary.

Hello,

I believe you will also need tocontact 02 Customer Services to remove your Blackberry Bolton, and apply the normal data for your Internet to work properly.

202 for contract.

4445 for payg.
