Indoors coverage fault

Hi - Can you help

I have a Samsung Galaxy SII which has been perfectly good in my village until I moved home 1 month ago. I moved about a mile through the village and although the O2 coverage checker says that I should still get full cover I'm not.  if I hold my phone at a window or door I can get 1 maybe 2 bars, if I'm just outside the house in the garden I can get full coverage.  The house is a regular terraced brick house, nothing special nothing odd. Unfortunatley I'm missing texts and calls now unless I keep my phoen permanently on the windowsill.

Any thoughts other than changing networK My kids on Three Mobile are file..

Good Morning ,

Welcome to the forum.

It may not be the house itself but some other structure that is now in the way.

You could try wiping your sim card and or performing a sim swap to ensure your sim card is not at fault, and check your sim in another phone just to ensure your phone is not at fault either.

You can pick up a blank sim from any 02 High-Street Store and take into account it takes from a couple of hours to twenty four hours {approx} to fully reset. Typically turning your phone off and on throughout this period helps reset your services.

If no joy then unfortunately their is nothing much more you can do regarding that apart from moving again ,which would be a bit drastic ,or if your not in contract change your network or simply put up with what your doing now to attain signal.

Business Only Customers do have the option of a booster box.
