I've had the phone since release and discovered the other day that the glass lens on the camera has cracked, now this mistified me as i've never dropped the phone and have a decent case for it.
I've done some research and it seems to be a common problem with the phone (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S-Phones/s7-edge-rear-camera-glass-broken/td-p/2963)
Has any other user had this ? Also before i contact O2 has anyone had any sucess in getting them to repair or replace the phone ?
Many Thanks.

I did think that too but after reading the samsung post they really dont seem interested in recognising it as a problem and blame the user. I have this awful feeling that might go the same way, hence seeing if anyone else has had the same experience.

I certainly would go direct to Samsung. I would not let Anova loose on a phone of mine (unless I had no other choice). Samsung know what they are doing with the phones they manufacture.....and therein lies the difference
