Hello. Can anyone help me please? I am trying to use keypad whilst in a voice call. It says press & hold button to use in-call functions, but all it does is keeps redialling?

What am I doing wrong?

The button on the side of the phone that you use to lock and unlock the screen that says 'hold' on it is the button you want to press. That unlocks the screen allowing you to use the keypad during a call.

Always found that strange on the M8800.
