My Samsung s21Ultra won't install software update unless I'm connected to the WiFi... Why? I didn't had broadband at home for almost 2 months and was imposible to update otherwise. Does this has to do with O2 carrier or Samsung? Are there any settings I need to change?

Help!!!!

There is a setting that you can change to update on wifi only or over the mobile network.

It's not advisable unless you have a lot of data on your contract as updates are usually very big file sizes.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
