@MI5 Yea thanks, will try and contact them. The only date on the slip was 31st when the phone was sent out.

I can't be the only one with this issue?

Called Samsung claims line.

 

Ive just sent them the original email from preorder so hopefully will get somewhere this time.

Please attach the order confirmation dated 19th of January, so we can have your claim reviewed.

The claim had originally been rejected as the attached document was dated 31st of January, apologies.
