I've got a Samsung A3 on contract with o2 and I went to use it this morning and it won't switch on it's fully charged, I tried to plug charger in but nothing.

It should still be under warranty. If the above tip doesn't work then contact Samsung.

Agree with @jonsie here..Contact Samsung directly. You have a 2 year warranty with them and it avoids Anova who are the O2 repair team. They (Anova) have a poor reputation as seen from 100's of posts on the forum

Please forgive my cynicism @PhoneDoc, but if the phone is faulty and is sent back by O2 to Anovo, we have heard many stories of Anovo saying the customer was at fault because the phone is 'water damaged', and they have refused to exchange. Also, when you say exchange we have also heard of customers being offered refurbs rather than brand new phones.

If purchased in a store, they'll exchange it right away (stock permitting). If purchased online or over the phone, they should post out a jiffy bag for collection.

Yeah, they replace it once and then if that replacement has a problem they send it to be massacred at anovo.
