Hi there. Try holding the power button and volume down button together for about 10 seconds. That'll carry out a soft reset and fixes most of these problems. How long have you had the device for?

It should still be under warranty. If the above tip doesn't work then contact Samsung.

Agree with @jonsie here..Contact Samsung directly. You have a 2 year warranty with them and it avoids Anova who are the O2 repair team. They (Anova)  have a poor reputation as seen from 100's of posts on the forum

If the device is faulty and OP has had the phone for less than 28 days, O2 will happily exchange it for them. Hence why I asked.

Please forgive my cynicism @PhoneDoc, but if the phone is faulty and is sent back by O2 to Anovo, we have heard many stories of Anovo saying the customer was at fault because the phone is 'water damaged', and they have refused to exchange. Also, when you say exchange we have also heard of customers being offered refurbs rather than brand new phones.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi there. 28 day exchanges of faulty phones are new handsets taken directly from our stock. Nothing goes to Anovo in these situations (ordinarily).

If purchased in a store, they'll exchange it right away (stock permitting). If purchased online or over the phone, they should post out a jiffy bag for collection.

Ooooh, he went there...
Yeah, they replace it once and then if that replacement has a problem they send it to be massacred at anovo.
