Samsung A3 stops charging

Does any one else have problems with A3 not charging? Bought 2016 version in May 16. Everything ok until July 17 when it stopped charging (screen looked like it was charging - battery icon changed etc). O2 staff in city where I work suggested taking it straight to the Samsung store as it was just around the corner. They witnessed the problem and took it from me and I got it back a few days later. All ok until August 17 when phone stopped charging again. I must say I am using the white charger I received with phone. As I was off work took phone to local o2 store who again witnessed issue and sent it off for repair. When it came back the covering letter said they could not find any problem (are they calling o2 staff liars?). The phone was ok. However tonight problems started again. I am using correct charger, tried charging switched off, plugged into pc. But no joy and it is losing battery power but by bit. What happens now? I guess I am going to have to take time off work and go to my local store in the hope they will remember me from last time and also that they can witness the issue. How many times do I gave to keep taking a phone back? Should I not be entitled to a new one- although the thought of another a3 with these problems doesn't fill me with cheer.

I’d take it back to the Samsung store again if I was you.
