Hi, just wondering if anyone is getting this message, tried the usual clear coaches and clear cache partition but no joy. Camera doesn't work always and have to switch it on and off many times. Looking at swapping it but interest says likely to be on all phones???? Any ideas. Tia

Ten days is not too bad, really. @Anonymous did you request a swap? If not, you should. No point trying to mess with a possibly faulty phone at this stage.

Yes I did but I can't be without a phone and with a young baby I need my camera, I didn't know if it was an easy issue to fix

I'd just do a factory reset assuming you still have your back up file - No harm in trying that first.

No, not if it's a corrupted file.
